The competition is dedicated to our AIGA group at the University of Central Missouri. I created 3 different designs that reflect our community and how our design group contributes to that community.
The first design is inspired from the city blocks you see on maps to relate to our community, while forming a heart to show the care our group shows when we volunteer our time. The second design is a direct message without any illustration work of our group with tag line. The third design is a complex pattern that is based on a triangular shape. Using the intersecting circles creates flower like designs in the center of the pattern. Showing how individuals that come together can be a powerful force in a community.
